i found the staff to be very nice. the room was clean and tidy, which i appreciated after long days.

mold stains minimal security
The hotel said it had a cafe. It did not. I saw no food service at all. The shower curtain was not fully attached. I also saw mold stains. Security seemed minimal. Anyone could ask for a room key.

smooth check-in quiet room late check-out insecure glass bathtub drainage
the check-in process was smooth even when i arrived late at night. the room i had was quiet and served its purpose well for my short stay. i also was granted a late check-out which i found very helpful (i really needed it).
The table's glass top felt insecure, as it wasn't properly attached. additionally, the bathtub had drainage problems. The water did not drain properly.

great location helpful staff printing service
the hotel has a great location near main attractions. it is also close to the metro station. i found the staff polite and helpful, especially when printing boarding passes.
There was a slight issue with street noise. I noticed it more when trying to sleep.

the hotel offers air conditioning throughout the premises. the staff was attentive, particularly at the beginning of my stay. they offered to store luggage after checkout, a considerate gesture.
