The hotel said it had a cafe. It did not. I saw no food service at all. The shower curtain was not fully attached. I also saw mold stains. Security seemed minimal. Anyone could ask for a room key.

the check-in process was smooth even when i arrived late at night. the room i had was quiet and served its purpose well for my short stay. i also was granted a late check-out which i found very helpful (i really needed it).
The table's glass top felt insecure, as it wasn't properly attached. additionally, the bathtub had drainage problems. The water did not drain properly.

the hotel has a great location near main attractions. it is also close to the metro station. i found the staff polite and helpful, especially when printing boarding passes.
There was a slight issue with street noise. I noticed it more when trying to sleep.
